About Marcus

An Army veteran stationed twice at Fort Carson, Marcus handles our VA lending from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins. He has used the benefit himself and treats every service member’s file with the urgency of PCS season.

His second specialty is renovation lending - Denver’s bungalows and split-levels reward buyers who can finance the fix with the purchase, and Marcus choreographs 203(k) draws so projects actually finish.

He spends Veterans Day the same way every year: closing a fellow veteran’s loan for free.
